I was impressed to anyone who don't speak Chinese found this forum and worked out how to register then post...
He've replaced the original icl8069 on the board to a negative low temp drift voltage reference - MAX6190A, which brought negative temperature drift to the multimeter. And that left a postive temperature drift to the dmm, which mostly blame on the resistors, and he showed that by testing the mV rangeaccuracy which should bypass any resistors.
You will need to recalibrate every ranges if change the voltage reference IC.
If you don't plan to switch the ICL8069 IC, you zt-255 is on a negative dift tending, you problaly replace the 5M resistor to a more postive tempature drift resistor to couter-down the ICL8069 IC negativ drift.
Neither the IC's nor the resistor tempature drift is linear, so it maybe not a easy job to find two 5M resistor match up with your ICL8069. |
